What We Grow

 

We offer a variety of seasonal vegetables, ten months out of the year! We specialize in Salad Greens, Greenhouse Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Carrots, Onions, Potatoes, Garlic. We also grow Strawberries, Sweet Corn, Green Beans, Peppers and more! All our produce is grown by us on our farm, in soil, following natural and organic growing practices. All our produce is as fresh as it gets, nutrient dense and delicious.

  • Salad Greens

    We offer a variety of greens throughout the year including mixed lettuces, romaine, spinach, kale, swiss chard, microgreens, pea shoots and more. With the help of our greenhouses we are the first and last farmers with salad greens in our area. All of our greens are cold rinsed for optimal freshness and shelf life.

  • Tomatoes

    We are proud of our greenhouse and field grown tomatoes, the crop that started it all for us. All our produce is grown in soil, we know you can taste the difference. We work hard to be the first & last local farmers with tomatoes during the season as early as late May all the way through September! We specialize in tasty big red tomatoes, heirloom varieties and mixed cherry tomatoes.

  • Winter Crops

    Winter Crop planning begins in the spring with our first planted crops of onions & potatoes, then carrots, beets & radishes which we store and sell throughout the winter months. We also have late plantings of broccoli, cauliflower and cabbages in late October/November. With fresh crops like salad greens, spinach and kale from the greenhouse. We are able to offer a variety of winter produce during the holiday season and even throughout January.

The quantity of produce may vary from week-to-week due to extreme weather, insects, or other production factors.
